Terms of Service

Writfall is in active development. Paid plans, jurisdiction, and support terms must be finalized before launch.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Writfall provided by Writfall ("we", "us", "our"). By using the game, website, or related services, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining account security.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, harass other players, evade moderation, exploit bugs, violate laws, or infringe the rights of others.
4. Service changes
We may modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including game rules, features, seasons, and pricing, as permitted by applicable law.
5. Fees and payment
If paid plans exist, you agree to applicable fees, billing terms, taxes, renewal conditions, and cancellation terms disclosed at purchase time. Paid benefits must not be interpreted as a guarantee of combat wins, leaderboard placement, or uninterrupted access to specific game balance.
6. Intellectual property
The service and related content are owned by Writfall or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as names, guild text, feedback, and messages. You grant us a limited license to host, process, moderate, and display that content to operate and improve Writfall.
8. Game integrity
We may investigate suspected cheating, automation, exploit abuse, payment abuse, or harassment. We may adjust, suspend, or remove accounts, fighters, guilds, combat reports, or leaderboard entries when needed to protect the game and other players.
9. Third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party providers (for example, identity or analytics). Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Writfall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws identified at launch, excluding conflict of law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
